Nike Football x Elite 51 Uniform Collection For 2012 NFL Season

It was nothing short of scene from Starship Troopers as representations from each of NFL‘s 32 teams came away from the dark backdrop with the new Nike Elite 51 Uniforms. Carrying confidence and strength distilled from the warrior’s ethos, each uniform is more of a system of high tech compositions. Like plates and chain-mail on a knight’s armor, the Nike Football Elite 51 Uniforms are meant for protection for the wearer and a world of hurt for those on the opposite side.

An homage to the jersey number 51 worn by Bill Bowerman, Nike‘s co-founder, the integrated system found on Elite 51 Uniforms comprised of four-way stretch fabrication (event the jersey number), high-tenacity zoned segment for strength, and zoned ventilation for optimal cooling. All held together by the next generation of Nike Flywire technology.
