Trendy Hats for Spring & Summer

No longer for just a bad hair day or "sister" Louise at church service on Sundays, hats are meant to be worn for the purpose of being fashionable and pulling an outfit together. In the last few seasons you have seen fashionistas and celebrities rock trendy hats for all occasions. Check out my favorite spring and summer picks and where to get them from after the jump...

Now MY favorite hat has to be the Fedora: The Fedora is care free and adds personality to all looks. This is best worn with a jegging, ankle pant or short shorts with a cute tee, tank top, or blazer. The accents around the brim of the hat are everything...

The hat below is in a perfect spring color. It can be found on www.mimiboutique.com for 19.75. You will find all your hat and accessory needs there.

The stylish hat below is another fedora hat and it is called the Contrast Zig Zag Weave Trilby hat from jigsaw-online.com. It is 29.00.

This two-tone straw hat from J. Crew is absolutely everything we want in a summer hat. It is in a chic heathered look we love. This hat is made of resilient paper straw, it flattens and folds for easy packing and features an extra-wide brim to keep you cool and protected. It is 38.00

This is the Kenway Snaffle woven hat in a luxe ivory straw is a wide-brimmed dramatic style with a skinny tan leather trim and stylish leather bound gold snaffle. This can be worn with any pop of color! A summer dress, peach blouse, wide leg pant, anything red and a tan purse will all go great with this hat. It is found on Resis at 85.00
This next hat is undoubtedly expensive but its concept is interesting...
This is a Raffia "Pete" hat, multicolored paint spots, bright red "gros-grain"ribbon, Maison Michel logo by Laetitia Crahay. It can be found at colette.fr for 1245.00

This cutesy two color, stripped floppy hat can be found at Wet Seal for 12.50. This hat can be dressed up or dressed down with any pop of color.

Which hat will you be wearing for the spring and summer?
